HOW MANY TIMES COULD I AVAIL OF THE PROMOTION?
For the Free Trial Credits Non-Cashable, it can be availed only once while all other promos can be availed once a month.
HOW TO MAKE A DEPOSIT?
There are two (2) types of making a deposit, its either thru our "Payment Gateway", FPay or Copo, which is the default setting, and by "Online Transfer".
If you choose Payment Gateway, then just select between FPay for GCash users or Copo for Pay Maya users and you will be automatically redirected to your preferred mode of payment window to process and complete your payment.

WHY IS MY WITHDRAWAL ON HOLD?
Withdrawal will be placed on hold in case any reason for withdrawal rejection has been proven and the member persists in submitting a withdrawal request.

SYSTEM CUT-OFF PERIOD
System cut-off starts after 3am to give way for audit but playing may continue for members with existing balance. During the system cut-off period, all financial transactions will remain pending and will resume starting at 11am of the same day including the processing of deposits and withdrawals which are left unprocessed during the cut-off period. Thus, it is highly advised to make financial transactions outside of the system cut-off.
